Initiated by the United Nations, March 15 is annually celebrated as World Consumer Rights Day.
On March 13, an educational event was held at the Tajik State University of Financial and Economics with the participation of students.
Representatives of Amonatbonk provided information on consumer protection in financial services, relevant legislation, and customer rights.
It was emphasized that consumers have the right to receive full information about banking services (interest rates, terms, fees, and risks) before signing any agreement.
The importance of protecting customer data confidentiality and the bank’s responsibility in this area was also highlighted.
